Within the hotel there are three rooms in which the civil partnership can be held.
The Grahame Thomas Pavilion - Superb modern spacious suite with large glass panels in the roof. Light and airy with windows and patio doors overlooking our grounds.

Fully air conditioned.
Gold Room – An ornate room with full details to be confirmed once plans have been passed will be available from July 2008 Fully air conditioned
Whitmore Suite - A large square room with light oak wood half panelled walls. Windows to the side and back of the room making this a very light, spacious and elegant suite.
Available from July 2008 Fully air conditioned.

Wedding Ceremony Charge - £325.00 Saturdays
Wedding Ceremony Charge - £295.00 Fridays/Bank Holiday Sundays
Wedding Ceremony Charge - £225.00 Sundays
Wedding Ceremony Charge- No Ceremony Charge Monday-Thursdays
Reduced hire charges may become applicable for Mondays – Thursdays only.

Attendance Fee's
Fee payable to a superintendent Registrar before whom a civil partnership is to be solemnised in approved premises (for his/her attendance and that of a Registrar of Civil Partnerships)
Registrar attendance, priced as follows:
Monday to Friday: £230.00
Saturday: £270.00
Sunday/Bank Holiday or Public Holiday: £310.00
Certificates
For a certified copy of the entry in the Civil Partnership register issued at the time of registration £3.50
Please note all Civil Partnerships should be booked direct with Grays Registry Office.
Acceptable Civil Partnership Times (must be agreed with the Registrar):
Monday to Friday - 10 to 12am and 2.30 to 4pm
Saturday - 10 to 12am and 1.30 to 5pm
Sunday - before 5pm
